Individual Therapy

I provide individual therapy for those navigating emotional challenges, life transitions, and the lasting impact of stressful or traumatic experiences. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or simply not like yourself, I strive to offer space to slow down and begin making sense of what you’re going through.

Life changes—such as loss, shifting roles, or experiencing unexpected challenges—can bring both growth and uncertainty. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can process your experiences, explore your thoughts and emotions, and begin to feel more grounded and confident in yourself.

I work collaboratively with each client, tailoring the therapeutic process to meet your unique needs and goals. When appropriate, I am open to coordinating care with other professionals involved in your support system to ensure a well-rounded and thoughtful approach to your care.

Couples Therapy

 

Relationships can be one of the most meaningful parts of our lives, but they can also bring challenges—especially during times of stress, transition, or disconnection. Whether you are navigating parenting, rebuilding trust after infidelity, or simply feeling out of sync, these experiences can place strain on even the strongest relationships.

I work with couples to improve communication, strengthen conflict resolution skills, and rebuild connection in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. Together, you will explore patterns within the relationship, gain a deeper understanding of one another, and develop tools to move forward in a healthier, more connected way.

I also believe in recognizing the strengths within your relationship—not just the struggles. My goal is to help you protect and nurture your connection, so you can move forward as a stronger, more unified team.

Family Therapy

 

Families go through seasons of change, and at times those changes can create stress, conflict, or disconnection within the home. Whether you are navigating parenting challenges, blended family dynamics, communication struggles, or the impact of past experiences, family therapy provides a space to come together and work toward greater understanding.

I work with families to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and create a more supportive and stable environment for everyone involved. I help each family member feel heard while also guiding the family as a whole toward healthier patterns, clearer boundaries, and stronger connection.

With experience supporting children, teens, and parents—including those impacted by trauma—I strive to create a safe, structured space where families can address challenges, rebuild trust, and move forward together with greater confidence and unity.
